The story behind the cup:

The coffee from Sitio Santa Rita are all handpicked, which means there is a greater uniformity and quality involved in the process after the fruits are picked from its trees. All of the farm's drying equipment are hand built and quite unique, bringing its own singularity when it comes to sensory profiles.

They are also able to control their anaerobic fermentation process which means you will get a clean cup with fruity notes. 

It will probably change your mind about Brazilian coffee.
