The story behind the cup:
Edwin is one of his kind in Kenya,always trying to experiment between different anaerobic fermentation and diversifying the eco- system of his plantation,new varieties, new composting experiments.
His wife Jacqueline is working closely with a Colombian producer trough social media to conduct all their anaerobic experimenta- tions.
She also the quality coffee manager and great coffee taster.
In an organic chaos,Edwin created his coffee plantations with an interaction of different inter-crops and bee hives.
Always improving his farm,he made himself a micro-mill to process all his coffees with a large quantity of drying African beds.
