Brew recipe

1. Add 1 liter of filtered water (room temperature) and grind between 60 and 70 grams of coffee with a medium grind size.
2. Rince your paper filter to remove any papery taste and place it the the filter basket.
3. Add your freshly ground coffee and make a little hole in the middle of it.
4. Then turn on your Moccamaster.
5. Do not hesitate to give a little shake to your filter basket during the pour to be sure that all your grounds are wet.
6. After 5 to 6 minutes, it will be time to enjoy a great cup of coffee.
