Known for its Andes Cordillera and for its incredible number of microclimates (28!), Peru is probably one of the countries in the Americas best suited for growing specialty coffee.
This coffee, washed and doubly fermented for 12 to 24 hours depending on the weather, surprises us with its pleasant syrupy side and its pleasant fruity notes.
